    Clear blibker !

I thought those front clear blinkers of 88/89 fit right on to the old style bumpers but no go, Just about bought them but realized there too long, that bites ... so I guess you would have to buy the whole bumper to put them on or custom make your own. Or has anyone made them work ?

I used the overhead light covers for the long flourecent light tubes, then layed my stock orange ones on the big light sheet, traced the blinker, then cut it out with a dremel, drilled two holes in it, then put them in my bumper. They came out ok, i guess....

as long as you put an orange bulb on in there, you're fine. Other cars come stock with clear lenses w/orange bulbs

It's not that easy for the 86-87 car's. The stock housing only fits a dome shaped lens, not a flat one. The housing has to be modified for a flush mount. And then you have a problem in that the whole assembly is sunk deep into the bumper. Mounting the housing in a way that brings it more flush, make's them look sooooo much better on the 86-87 cars. And floresent lighting panels are extreamly thin and brittle, I used clear turn signal stock and it's 20 times tuffer than anything you can pick up at home depot. I can make anyone a set of my custom near flush mount clears.
