u may now speak.....
Beautiful man. Are those C70 wheels on there? And it looks to me like you have yourself an S70 SE, am I correct? I'm meeting a guy in town that has a 99 S70 T5. It's gorgeous. Here it is:
If I obtain this, my first mod is an upgraded ECU. It's AMAZING how well S70's and 850's respond to tuning. An ECU alone will get me in the 300bhp range from 236bhp or 246bhp, I forgot which one.
That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

Wow, that's absolutely amazing-that car does not look like it's 20 years old!

yep
MIK3, yes those are C70 wheels...i could have gone with alot of other choices but i decided to keep it semi-stock looking with a sleeker look. I ordered a 7K HID kit for it, should be in the mail now. So that should help out the "sleek" look a little bit more.
You should go for that car if the price is right. These are great cars, very powerful and an all around good car. Come over to Volvospeed.com and talk to the guys on there, they will answer any questions you have...they can even check the carfax for you if you want.
And YES guys, Volvos are 5 cyl. Power of a 6 with the gas mileage of a 4![]()
Oh and Cheesburger, i saw all those pic from your meet on JDMuniverse...your car is looking really good!
Well aparently my post got deleted some how, hmm. Anyway, do you mind if I asked how much you ended up buying the S70 for w/ mileage? I'm trying to see what prices are around. And do you know if your car is a base model or SE?

I ended up buying mine for around $6K with about 70K miles...or something like that
Mine is basically a base model with a turbo motor, i got it from a manager at a Volvo Dealership.
I dont know if it was an SE or GLT or what. All i know, is that i dont have a sunroof.
But i do have full leather interior and all the "nick nacks" that the high end models have
thanks bro!Originally Posted by Mattphi
