    2.5 inch piping?

I need a new exhaust system and from what I read on here it sounds like 2.25 inch piping is best. How does 2.5 inch pipeing compare to this. I'm going to make it cat-back or resonater back with a dynomax ultraflow welded round muffler. It has a 2.5 inch inlet. In the near future I'm going to get DC sports ceramic header and either a pacesetter or random technology high flow cat and a cold air intake. So, should I go with the 2.25 inch or the 2.5 inch? Should I do cat or resonater back? Any help will be appriated. Thx

On a side note, how much louder would the ultraflow welded round be then a super turbo? I dont really want it to be TOO loud, but my friend doent think it would be that much louder.

PS: I forgot to mention im going to get mendrel bends.

    2.25 is fine.
it may be a 2L but it revs so low it doesnt need anymore than that.

i am building a CRVtec and will take it to 9000 and im gonna use 2.5

go with 2.25... I have the super turbo and it sounds nice... not too loud but it has a nice tone... If you go with the ultra flow you will hear it louder... Also... with the 2.5in piping you may start to lose your low end power...
