try ebay.
I was lookin On Ebay But i Cant find tha carb and tha kit together..
that price is normal, maybe just a tad high, but yeah a bit over $300 is what you should expect for the kit with a new carb.
I would recommend the 38/38, however it may be beneficial to convert it to a progressive mechanical secondary instead of a synchronous mechanical.

dont buy it on ebay, carbs unlimited dot com or just check the weber thread, I think somebody listed the best places to get them. I got mine from local buy sell trade paper and got the adapter plate from carbs unlimited. Keep in mind this carb is widely used as replacement, you may luck up and find one on an import car in the junkyard, look for late 70's early 80's vintage toyota's datsuns nissans mazda, vw's. Also you can use the holley & motorcraft 5200 series carbs off of rangers's monza's vega's pinto's sunbird's what else came with that 5200. You just have to buy the honda adapter plate kit from redline weber.Originally Posted by stunna31061

Why not buy it on eBay? It's not like it's going to be an eBay carb. If he's selling it as a Weber, it better be a Weber when you get it.
However that one you linked looks like you hit the spot. Though usually its a bit more difficult to install one with an automatic. But check the Weber how-to. It got me right through the process.
i would only trust the ppl selling it on ebay if its new or if they give you warranty...cuz if they say all sales final you are taking a big risk.

Part seperately will run you $150
Adapter Plate - $50
Air Cleaner - $30
Linkage - $20
