Put a battery charger on it, don't just jump the car, that kills the Alt, and trust me, you don't want to replace that, the alt. was designed to keep the batt. charged, not designed to charge the battery, I just had to do the alt in my car and trust me, it was a bitch, but it was easy to get it all back together, but just throw it on the battery charger for however long it needs, the battery charger should turn itself off when it feels the battery is fully charged, then start the car, let it run for a few minutes so it can wake up from its slumber, but do try and keep a charge going on with your battery, you don't want to replace that altinator. Mine has a problem keeping charge even when I'm doing 120 down the freeway at high rpm's and shit because I got a competition sound system bringing it down, Running air conditioner, 2 high powered amps produceing alot of sound, and moving a cd and running a lazer, I have my car on the batt. charger every second I'm at home.

Well put your positive with positive and your negative with negative. The cables and your batter will have + - , so match those up and your set. Wait a few mins then start car. Dont let teh cables touch each other when takin them off.

    Started with a 89 Accord LXI - 96 Acura TL - 2003 Acura CL Type S..
