How'd you do it?

I traced a outline with a paint can that was laying around, used the dremel to cut away the inner plastic leaving about a 1/4in of plastic before the outline.\, then I used a real sharp hobby knife (I think they call it a xacto knife) and carefully cut away the rest by hand.
Took about 1 hour

yeah il show you next time i come up. soon i hope cuz it feels its been for ever since i lowered my car....i need to get some low pro tires since mine rear is starting to run.....damn settling springs.

Did you do it the right way & remove the lower timing belt cover & crank pully to make sure everything was lined up right, or you take a short cut?

Sometimes I use a utility knife and butaine torch to cut that tough plastic stuff. Heat the blade some , and it cuts it like butter.

I have the gear set at zero roodoo, once I get that puppy adjusted I'll let you guys know how it runs
