Are you done with the break in period yet? How does she run?

Small Update nothing major.
I had a spare throttle body and ECU laying around and I figured I'd swap them out to see if it would make a difference in my unstable idle.
I did the TB first readjusted the cable and it helped a little, then I decided to do the ECU redo the timing and set the cam gear 3 degrees retarded and now the idle is holding steady.
She drives great on the street and freeway
Maybe the problems I had all along was the combination of those two parts, who knows Im just happy that shes running right finally
Could have been the timing too, but glad it runs good!

I messed with the timing the other day and I even went as far as removing the timing belt just in case I had missed something before when I did the belt and it still ran the same.
The adjustment on the distributor was moved all the way forward in order to keep the idle up if I moved it the slightest in the other direction it would sputter and die.
Now with the parts I changed over I'm able to move the dist. in either direction and get the timing set

I dont know for sure I should have changed out the ECU a long time ago instead of messing around with everything else
