wow very awesome build pico! you got every small detail on that rebuild, even the transmission too. reminds me of myself. pretty much a NEW car when it's done! i bet it's gonna purr like a kitten and run like a dream! i hope someday to start work on my 3gee again after my EG project is done and i'm done with school @ UTi next year and make some serious money.
looks like you and RAMTHIS have some awesome projects going on! this is the type of posts i like coming back to 3geez for! cus 3geez has been boring lately. awesome job! keep it up!

Thanks Iceman, this car started out just to be my daily commute car but now it's turned out to be alot more than I ever thought I would have done with her.
My hatch is not my daily commuter any longer. It probably will be once it's done, because I will want to drive it everywhere!
What do you guys think of this gauge mount, it's not done yet but you get the idea

Finish it up! I know it will look good when it's done if you can integrate it right.

thats actually my fav comic when i read them lol
So what are you going to use to cover the top and rear of the pod thingy?
I Got some thin wood thats really flexible for the top half , after that it's going to get covered in some black vinyl material.Originally Posted by BITESIZE
I was going to do the gauges like you did, but I was too scared to cut into my dash.
i have a 5" tach with shift light. i feel more comfortable getting my rpm reading from my aftermarket ignition that having it run back through the stock harness that it wasent actually designed for with all the mods
