Smile Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

Im working on getting flanges custom made for my B20A turbo project and im thinking of selling some. They are being made by a high end company and im getting mine done in stainless steel cause my new manifold is going to be tig welded with all stainless piping.

If you are interested (SERIOUS People only) let me know and if i order extras you will have to give me 50% up front or more depending on my cost by volume.

I will find out price hopefully sometime next week if we come to an agreement and i ship them a template.

Re: Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

Ok the flanges are going to be a one time deal and only available through me at this time. They are stainless steel and are going to run $100 each due to the low volume and the high quality material being used. If your interested in these let me know asap because the money is going out next week sometime and that will be it.

Im keeping the specs to myself since im fronting the money for the CNC program and they charge more since its a low quantity item.

I will keep it open until January 26th but it has to be paid via paypal 100% and the items wont be ready until 4-6 weeks once they get a template.

if the b20a5 headers bolt up, then the flange should be the same. and of course, there's always the preludes with the 1g b20a. so yeah, head over to pp and peddle your wares.

could also hit up other forums as we aren't the only two. www.hondaswap.com might get the word out if nothing else, as well as www.absoluteprelude.com.

Re: Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

Thanks guys but im not looking to make a big deal of this i was more or less trying to help out other JDM B20A owners and i know there are not many that would consider this. As for the prelude B20A5's these will work but you have to redrill some of the holes. Im sure someone already makes those anyway and i dont like to hack stuff up thats why im going with a custom stainless steel flange.

Re: Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

Just to let you guys know my flanges are finally done. I had stainless steel ones made because im going to have a custom turbo manifold made (hopefully a top mount). But i have 2 flanges so i might have a spare or possibly can order more. They are top notch and fit 100% so if anyone needs one pm me. I will try to post pics later!

if you guys are looking for 3/8" b20a or a20 weld flanges you should contact aaron weir (weir racing) and see what he can do, hes starting to make some flanges again... Not trying to jack your thread rob but it might be another option for guys that dont need/want stainless flanges.

Re: Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

The company i used uses alternative materials i chose stainless because my mainifold is going to be stainless/tig welded. No offense taken i just contribute to save others time/money but there are not a lot of people doing B20's so this is for the few out there. I post it more or less because i recall a specific person that rather than help others here he held back info that would have brought many others into the B20A world long ago. But for the few that have attempted to break down the barriers hats off to them for their contribution and eagerness to come this far.

Re: Possible B20A Exhaust Flanges FS

Last i heard the company was on the rocks and guys on honda-tech were not happy but he was a reputable guy. I paid a premium price for them but i didn't want a bad flange that would warp.
