coolant temperature gauge may be moving due to having an air buble in coolant system or it is low on it.
change the coolant or top it off.
fuel, does it move when you go up to hill or down to hill? it is normal like that.

no the fuel just moves on its own i was on the highway on a flat part and the gauge moved lower like it was above half way then it moved below half way.
