    porting head

    i remember seeing an artical on porting a20 head. yall have any suggestions or articals on porting the head. and what kinda gains would i expect IF i had a stock engine?

    do yo have all the tools to do a port job on your head... it can hurt your performance as well as improve it...but if you are all stock i would not bother till you get a cam,headers and maybe a intake mani

    if it's done right, you'll notice a little bit of a gain in performance. but an i/h/e setup along with a cam and cam gear will really bring out the real gains in that.

    Rich Judgey is the man you want. I think there is a writeup he did in either the FAQ or HOWTO section.

    and b20a god as well. i think you could probably even give him a lawnmower and he'd tweak it out to the max.

    yeah anything with a carb...lol he was making like 200 NA hp from an a20.....that is like h22 status.
