They look different colors, heh. Talked to my brother and he said that they are probably white, but the housing filters the light so it appears a little blue.

can you adjust the ISO and the shutter speed on your camera? if you can, set the ISO at 100 and the shutter speed to 1/125 that's the standard i've always compared brightness with.
they're brighter than i thought, but not bright enough to be considered adequate to me. pics with a camera at those settings would calm any doubts i have had about the LEDs.

alright, then the next best thing. can you take a broad daylight picture? i know these will be bright enough to see during the day, but will they be bright enough to see from a distance?
take up close pics, and a pic from like a few houses away. if you have a clear shot, take a pic from about 75 yards away. my incans are bright enough to be visible at that range, so i don't think it's unreasonable to ask the same from the superior LED solution.
