I make them using the old bezel as a template. It takes about 2 hours with my highspeed cutter (air powered dremmel) about another 1/2 hour with a jewlers file to make sure that the indicator lights fit then to the sanding and polishing process. I have one done in the shop for $15.00 + shipping if anyone is interested.

My dad owns a precision cut sheet metal shop here in Vegas, and my step-brother runs a business that does a bunch of laser cutting with a fricken laser, and once my accord makes it to LV, I plan on mass producing aluminum gauge bezels, and trying to make an aluminum dash kit to sell to ya'll, so I will keep you guys updated!! wish me luck. :super:

Yer brother does laser etching? Does that mean he can laser in the 3geez logo on the bezel? That would be fuckin sweet! I'd go so far as to pay at least $20 for that, but no shipping, I'd just come and pick it up.

He could prolly do that, but if I do mass produce the bezels (which SERIOUSLY might happen!!) I dont know if I would want to get into all that, because everyone might want a little something different, and that could become a PITA. Like I said, my car is in Texas at the moment, do you have a spare bezel I could use to see how feasable all this is??

I wish I did...actually I did for a while, but I think I finally gave up and threw it away, but I'll check around my house and see if I saved it.
