I know this should be in the trading post, but it is not mine, so I don't know how that is gonna work.

A buddy of mine wants to get rid of his 88 LX. This thing is fairly clean, but has 277k miles on it. However, the engine tells a different story. I did a compression test on it, and it made an astonishing 180lbs of compression across the board! With the same meter, mine did 150lbs and has only 215k...

It has never been abused, but has a "flat" dent across the left front fender (owner has a new fender for it). Plus riding on 17" 5 spoke wheels with Lo-pro's on it, the chrome fender "flares" complement them well.

The engine bay is clean and everything is still there (having problems... I am doing a complete vac removal to it tomorrow).

Interior is in decent shape... Power windows, good looking carpet, ect....

He is only asking $1000!! And I bet he will settle for $800 in front of him.

If there is anyone in cali who is interested, I hope I hear from you before I start taking stuff off.

Lol... I wish I could get a some pics, cuz it looks pretty nice compared to mine.

As stated above, it is an LX model. Carbed and 4 door, and I do believe there is a moonroof!
The paint is Gold, and not faded.

It's manual.
Clutch feels good and shifts into all 6 gear without effort.

I don't know how I am gonna get pics, but I will try.
