Hell, it's better than dropping a few grand so someone else can do it. Nice job!![]()
sweet!
Looking good Jerry! Looks like the shaved the side mouldings like the ones my hatch. I think it looks the best that way. I like the Z3 fenders too. They are way lighter than stock. You painting it yourself too?

I cut small strips of 16 guage sheet metal and tack welded one side then trimmed the other to fit in the hole then welded them shut. I then ground down the welds smooth. put several thin coat's of bondo sanded them to a smooth finish. sprayed them with 2 coats of filler primer sanded back down then put a darker coat then sanded to reveal low spots.Originally Posted by MessyHonda

oh...
Looks Awsome I know that pian your going through!
Birthdays are good for you!! Statistics show that the people who have the most live the longest.
I took off my z3 fenders when i took off my bodykit, im trying to decide wether or not i want to put them on or not. Im not sure what it will look like when i get it painted black. If anyone is good at photoshopping make his car black so i can see what it will look like. I know what you mean when you say they were a PITA to put on. When are you planning on painting it or having it painted?
sweet! on the black color choice!
Dude, that takes forever to get the body work perfect! Way to go!
looking good![]()
