That must have taken some effort and time. I think you did a phenominal job.
ps-like the rims.
Work is looking good so far!
However, I think you want to get that primer painted quickly, as it's porous and I've heard that there are many types of primer that will absorb moisture, and this may really ruin your paint job.
On a side note If you're doing your work right, I don't think that Bondo should ever come in contact with water. It's designed to take shallow low spots out of metal, AFIAK. It's supposed to be backed to metal only, and should be primed over and painted.
But I am not an auto body guy...

Looks good. If you have to fill anything more than 1/8th inch thick, try using a product called Dyna Glass. It's a filler with fiberglass chop in it. You mix the activator in it just like you do body filler, and then spread it into place. It does not flow like body filler though, so you will have to fill a bit high, and grind it down close, then use blending filler to finish the job. Using the Dyna Glass on thicker fills ensures you do not have any filler crack and that water will not cause any problems if it finds its way to the backside of the filler through trim holes and around a pinhole in your weld. Too late for the doors, though sounds like they are pretty well sealed up so most likely you'd be fine for as long as you'd own the car really. Once the next sucker gets it who cares LOL. Anyway check out my bodywork thread in my sig there's pics of the products I've used and some other stuff.
Looks like you're off to a good start though, keep it up, car is looking great!![]()
