wouldnt a YS1 tranny from a b18a1 fit on there? its a bseries. put one of them on there or a cable S1 tranny. then put some ITR gears in that tranny and boost it!

its a 1st gen b20a, they are different to all other b-series

Well after I finally got the 5 speed tranny from Tommy, I realizied that I needed a new clutch and flywheel from a 89 prelude Si and a auto starter. I hope this is all of the surprises I run into lol.

Yeah I've been through a lot.I've waited a year alone just for a 5 speed tranny. Word of advice, never buy a incomplete B20a. Its just too much of a hassle. But I'm glad its almost over. I bought the engine from a guy on preludepower.com.

Not yet. They are suppose to be putting it in Monday. I got my stock one from the A20 that I'm gonna use
The wiring is very wasy on the B20A... only need to add 2 wires for the dizzy and use some other for the external ignitor.

Ok I might as well make this my B20A update thread. The shop is backed up right now so my car won't be ready till around the 26th of September. ( A bunch of Subaru rally car's are getting worked on for a big race later this month) I figured while I'm waiting I might as well ask questions about some more smaller things. Does the B20A use the same radiator/powersteering hoses as the A20?
