You cant take it out, thats what gives the sun visor its shape. If you take it out, thn its ablow of cardboard and fabric. Inside the visor its nothing but a peice of cardboard, the metal surround and a plastic part in the corner holding it all together....it cant be removed.

ahh shit, i was hoping i could make a custom mirror and light with the passenger side stock mirror and light on to my driver side. but the hook thing on the top is not hollow to pass the wire thru it. that stinks.
