    Question relocating black box

i tried searching on here but didnt find anything...

so yeah, i was on PP and was reading a thread about someone relocating their black box somewhere else & relocating it using longer vacuum lines & wires so there would be more space in the engine bay.... i thought this would be a good idea.

how about putting it in that empty space in the bumper area??
would there be any effect having long lines?

at least like this, you can have all the free space without getting rid of it

    see the extra space:

just wanna know whats your thoughts on this?

well, since you have B20 engine, why don't you convert to OBD1 and enjoy the vacuum free world.

If I wasn't getting rid of my vaccume nightmare,I was going to do that. all you have to do is relocate the horns on the passenger side to somewhere like the front beam under the battery, there is plenty of space behind the bumper corner. if it was me I would buy a simple tubing bender and bend some hard lines, you would run them from where the box is,up and over the inner fender well,to near where the wiring goes through the inner fender well. then you just drill a hole, and use short sections of vaccume lines to connect them together. it seems petty simple actually

Anyway, stop it. If you have nothing to say smart, you shouldn't say anything at all.
