hell no. Ground control coilovers are hard as hell. Tokico aren't designed for anything but stock suspention.
Those coilovers will kill tokico struts in no time, plus the ride will be bouncy ad HELL.
remember, when it comes to cars, you get what you pay for.
if you want to lower your car properly, find Intrax springs and use tokico struts. I had Intrax springs with stock struts, it was bouncy ride when i was fully loaded with 5 people and stuff in a trunk. if you get tokico struts it will make a nice ride.

wut about for coilovers? i wanted to go with coilovers so i could adjust the height in the winter..... but i'll go with springs if they are the better choice.

    Re: will these coilovers work?

Yeah Ground Control sold Springs with adjustable sleeve kit's for our car.

That was one part in magazines I circled because like the DC strut tower bar it was an aftermarket part for our car.

I had 93-97 Accord Max Speed adjustable sleeves, which is not really a name brand but it was nice, the front was never bouncy but damn the rear was... with a little weight in the trunk or with a car full of passengers it was okay but with noting in the rear the car kinda wanted to pop it's arese in the air.

Actually I think the problem was that the Max Speed had no front and rear srpings... all 4 were the same.

The Ground Control actually looks like they have different springs for front and back.

If I ran lighter srping in the back it probably would have helped.

    Re: will these coilovers work?

if you order direct from ground control, you can get softer springs. softer springs with tokicos would work, and you'd still have the adjustability that you're looking for.

the best shock we can get is a set of revalved bilstien HDs. koni reds were in production for a while, but every single set has been purchased. you may come across used konis, but don't count on it.

    Re: will these coilovers work?

Coilovers and good ride quality are mutually exclusive concepts. The springs used for coilovers are usually very stiff, and, though the ride can be decent (not bouncy) when paired with good struts, it's never 'good' ( as assessed by someone with no clue about cars riding in your car e.g. your gf).

In the end, you do get what you pay for, ESPECIALLY with coilovers.
