its not really the cost of the LEDs, its mainly the cost of labor involved in making them

i have used one of those blinking LED's , its a very cheep mod if you cant afford an alarm... it helps a little bit.. you can put it on a switch so its not blinking when you drive or on a relay so it turns on when the car is off, BUMP

A blinking led would run constantly on a 12 volt battery for a damn long time! At least a year without the battery going dead.

LED Tails Are Legal in Any Country the main thing you have to make sure to keep are the Reflectors in the tails and the side markers

Would blue LED show through spray tinted light covers?

I would imagine it would show through, but blue ligths visible outside the car are illegal, and red lights are illegal from the rear tire forward.

I also would like to know, i have my lights in the process of spray tinting and I want a full set of blue lights / blinkers and the along with the H4 conversion on my flat black car.
my rims are also being painted black. This will match my black and blue interrior.

uh... dude if you read farther up the page it's already been talked about. Blue lights are illegal unless you're an emergency vehicle.

hey bite size.. im sure i havent looked hard enough, but have you came up with a LED kit for our tail lights?

so i went into auto zone yesterday and i found out they make a LED set to fit right in your standard brake light fixture.. well i put them in.. they did not look how i wanted them to look.. i want them to look like picture 1. all it did was make my tails and my night running lights super bright..LOL
