My 86 LX-i hatch does NOT have power locks, I am tired of this beyond all reason.
Can I snag my self some power locks from another 3g and put them in or do I need to hit e-Bay up for some universal ones?

none of the hatchies or coupes came with power door locks. im not sure if the coupe ones would fit since the door is a bit different. i would recommend to get some door lock actuators and get an alarm so you can have keyless

You would have to run wiring as well.

Your going to run into problems with the lock mecanisums(sp?) I had a coupe parts car and the locks are different. Also the door panels on the 4 doors are smaller so swaping them wont work. If you could rig somthing up so the lock rod was going back and forth insted of up and down it might work. I think the locks on the civics are similar, but you still need to wire everything in.
maybe i should just look into teh e-bay locks then
