My name is Richard, I've been viewing your forum for about a week. My friend has a 1984 Prelude which we run as a mini-stock dirt track racecar. After we blew up the original engine, we installed a 1986 Accord carb engine, but needed help with the rebuild and installation of the carb. There are numerous howtos and postings about the rebuild, about removing unneeded parts, about the mechanical secondary conversion, and vacuum removal. Using all this information, I was able to rebuild the Keinen, install it with the stage 4 vacuum removal, and the car started and idled perfectly first try! Throttle is crisp and responsive. I would like to thank all the members for their time and efforts on documenting the aforementioned procedures, it really will help us be fast on the track.
