I pass on the right all the time. I'm not waiting for dickhead left lane camper to get out of the way. And if you ask me, if I pass him on the right, and he hits me, HE's the one at fault for not obeying traffic laws and keeping right. Then for not checking his mirrors.

What exactly do you do when there's a car in the left lane? Do you sit back at a safe distance and just wait for him to get out of your way? What do you do when he just sits there and doesn't get out of the way?
