    BREAK Problems

I don't know where eles to put this. I've had my e-brake on for a while, now the rear right break is LOCKED UP to the max. Tried to a half hour to roll the car and get it to unstick. What do I do!?

Beat the f#@$ out of the hub w/ a steel mallot. Should come loose.

Put your hand brake DOWN!!! and roll your car backwards.
If problem still persits: take out the wheel, hit the hub with a hammer and take the hub out clean and adjust.

Hmmm, little bit of a over reaction. But after reading you original question I can see where someone could get ticked. But please don't get so worked up, ok

Such reaction's whether justified or not will severly reduce your chances of replies to any future questions you may need answered. I'm not talking about me, but about how our members will act.

His e-brake is locked tight, and can't be unstuck by rolling the car. He has no idea how to unstick the brake.

when my dad's old tempo locked up after sitting all winter, we just reved it up and dumped the clutch on it and it unstuck itself, mind you we were driving it to the junkyard to get scrapped

riiiight, well, mabey later, ever since I jamed it into reverse at 4000 and the car made that sickening BOOM BANG CRACK!! sound... Well, I just won't use the e-break for a while, it runs sort of ok, except for that rubbing sound in the rear wheel well, but thats probably just a normal sound seeing that I stripped the interrior... Oh well, it works for now atleast....
