Dashpot checkvalve revisited

I checked the dashpot checkvalve it does not hold vaccum either way with a vaccum gauge and disconnected from system. My question is where can I pickup one of these for a decent price. The dealer wants $30.00 dollars why, it's a little piece of plastic.

I don't know why I thought that the checkvalve was bad it most likely isn't according to the diagnosis it's supposed to bleed off slightly slow through an orfice in the valve itself.
