did you do the same thing that hondaman87 did? ...and what I royally f*k'd up on...
...did you take the housing apart, remove all the colored lens, (except of course for the red piece in the center), and just put other clear lens material in it's place, or even just spray the inside chrome, and slap that outer lens back on and call it a day. Or, if you really wanna get freaky, break out that can of NiteShades, and hose it all down, or spray some funky pattern on the inner part of the outer lens.
...hey, one day, I too will get a little time, and decide to exercise the one attribute that I do not normally have (patience) along with a little handy work, and come out with one of the above mentioned as a finished product.
I wanna see dammmmit.... ..hurry up with that pic... I wanna see.....
