    smoking out of exhaust while driving

    hey guys and gurls. quick question. when i drive my car for a while and go to take off from a red light, or have a forced downshift to pass someone it smokes out of the exhaust and smells like really bad exhaust. any ideas? cars got 192 k on it, carbed, auto, rusty, lol.....

    What color smoke... it's probably oil being burned, but is could also be coolant, or bad combustion, so the color does help.
