speed sensor and shifter console question

i have a few questions id like to get answered before i consider doing a swap on my car. how do guys with an H22 in a CRX get their speedo working properly, or any electronic speed sensor for that matter?

and for the shifter console, since we use shift rods, and an H23 uses shift cables, would i be able to use a 4G accords shifter console since its a drop in affair for a 4G accord anyways?

im putting an H series into my 89 accord soon. im sorting out how to get my speedo working, and since theres a shortage of preludes hitting the junkyards, i figured id ask if the 4g accord shifter consoles would work for the H series transmissions

Well, hopefully the accord power steering speed sensor bolts into the h series tranny. That would operate the speedometer, then you would still have to do the same thing I did with the dash electronics to send the right signal to the ecu. There are several threads about this, I wrote a little how to on it a while ago..I can't remember exactly how to do it off the top of my head, but it shouldn't be hard to find

im probably doing an H23 swap, so i wont have to worry about VTEC or anything like that yet. at worst, ill probably do an F22 swap since they use the same mounting points, then i can easily swap in an H22/23

does anyone know if the 4g accord shift linkage would work with the prelude trannys? i can easily get those shift cables in there, but the consol is pretty hard to find if i have to get one from a prelude
