yeah im thinking i might call up DC and see if i cant get something from them like a sticker or a document with the carb # on it. if not i might wait till next time i register my car cause im pretty sure im gonna have to smog it since i didnt this year :\ course my intake is already not carb legal but i have a plan for that muhuhahaha lol plus i still have the old intake so i could just put it back on if i had to but headers arent quite as easy as the intake

yeah only for a day in ventura county though and i was busy.. ill probably be down there again for thanksgiving though...

headers are a piece of cake to change, as long as you have all the right tools and the bolts aren't frozen. shouldn't take more than an hour tops to change them, especially if you have access to ramps.

headers are a piece of cake to change, as long as you have all the right tools and the bolts aren't frozen. shouldn't take more than an hour tops to change them, especially if you have access to ramps.

my first time took me like 3 hours...i had to go get the right tools from my uncle because its hard to get to the EGR nut with the power stearing and AC lines in the way

I called up DC sports (well AEM who owns DC) and they gave me some # to call about a carb sticker.. nobody picked up with i called but hopefully i'll be able to get the sticker

edit: i got the right # now.. but they were busy so ill call back later. apparently Pilot automotive owns DC sports now even though AEM still has dc shit all over their site

edit2: ok i called and they took my info and said they are going to call me back. the number for DC that you need to call is 626-968-5147

for those interested in the ongoing saga of my CARB sticker lol, i called the number for DC sports again and someone told me to email [email protected] and send pics of the header. i will also have to send them a self addressed stamped envelope to get the sticker. hopefully they will reply to my email lol

so the sticker takes the place of the tags that come on some of the headers?

You know what man, I kinda wish I had bought that header now lol, Im going NA for a while....and I should have bought it haha. Oh well lol, I didnt have money at that time, and I may be buying a porsche soon, so oh well lol, no headers for me anytime soon XD.
