If you want to do it, be prepared for serious work

Alternator (the PGM-Fi system uses an extra wire)
Atmospheric pressure sensor (located under the heater blower)
    Cabin wire harness
    Coolant splitter
    Distributor
    ECU
    EGR Pipe
    Engine bay wire harness
    Exhaust manifold (88-89 only)
Fuel feed line back to the fuel tank
    Fuel filter assembly
    Fuel pump
    Injector resistor box
    Intake manifold holder bracket
    Oxygen sensor (88-89 only)
PGM-Fi intake manifold: This includes the injectors and all the sensors
    PGM-Fi Vacuum control box
    Main relay
Metal coolant pipe behind the engine
    Thermostat assembly
    Throttle Cable

here this site will tell you everyting....

okay, if u wanna do a conversion like me. i suggest either you talk to carotman or me or anyone who is doing the conversion or has done it. You will be happier to get a working/running efi car (lx-i preferred for wiring shit) from a locak auto auction for around 200 to 300 bucks.

carotman also forgot to include fuel tank cause the efi fuel pump will not fit ur carb tank. it would take u alteast two weeks to do it completely, considering u got all of em. in ur hand. if u have anything to ask, either pm me or email me
