greek white paint poll 2

I started a poll like this a couple of years ago with no responses,going to try it again. who on here has Honda color NH82 Greek white? I've seen a bunch of other whites for this car,but never this particualr white. the people at Nappa had every other paint formula in their book,for 86-89,but they had to call about this one. it's that wierd off white color,it has almost a yellow tint to it,and i noticed it has green tints when pouring. it's not the clearcoat fading i swear! thats the correct color. i matched a sample of this to the door jamb,and the paint is a perfect match. this is the first time i've seen any of these body parts with the original factory finish as it's meant to look. mine always had yellowed clear coat. old formula paint and 21 years in georgia sun. my car had a tan LOL.

at least keep it honda....my uncle got me thinking of when i should do body work on my car.....he said with like 600-800 bucks i can get a decent paint job.

personally i wouldnt want a car that looks like the paint has faded, but if it can look like fresh paint and have the yellow tint, GO FOR IT!!

My 89 DX 4 door Accord has NH-512Z-3 Paint code for the white.[IMG][/IMG]

there are pictures up in accord pictures now, this must be a really odd white,it's factory but no one seems to have it. must be an overseas color or something. i did find that some honda scooters had this color factory in the 80's. according to my paperwork it's the original color the car left the factory with. maby someone special ordered it or knew a dealer and was able to get it or something.

interestingly the paint nh82 greek white is also the same color for fords sno white here in australia

no it was totaled in 1995 i loved that car my step dad got it new in 1987 i found out that some one got it from the jrunk yard and rebult but then it was totaled again in 1998 and rebult again and has not been reg. since 2003 so i am thinking it is siting in somes ones back yard poor 3gee been tho so much
