it looks better i guess. Make sure you do a REALLY good job buffing, it looks pretty rough right now. Go over it with a clear coat when your done buffing, wetsanding
yeah i am going to clear it not going to be buffling it (i would if it was up to me) but it is not that rough the car is only going to be ours for a few more months i just could not stand that primer lolOriginally Posted by 2drSE-i

why did you paint it anyway when you are just getting rid of it. and in answer to your question i wouldn't buff it at all,you can't buff messed up metal anyway. last thing i heard about it the engine was knocking something horrible, save your money make the new one you are getting look nice, it's a whole lot better car.
Me too if I can fit a 2.0Si badge in thereOriginally Posted by ghettogeddy

well its not up to me my perents wanted it painted the engine is running fine now the kocking was coming from it not having oil lol after i added oil and let it run for a few mins it sounded fine still a very light knock but it has had that for a along time lol and it still grinds when shifting it in to R but going in to 1st then R works fine with out it grinding and after i adjusted the clutch 3rd is working fine. and i found out why it has been burning oil the oil pan has a bad leek it just needs a new gasket wich i may replace on next oil chegenOriginally Posted by lostforawhile

Finish it off right and you'll know how to do it for next time. You did a pretty good job! I wonder what it'll look like w/ the clearcoat.
