At one point i had 4 B20A's 3 with 5speeds :) now i have one stock one in my accord and two torn down awaiting rebuilds for turbos and one tranny in need of a hybrid gear set for my turbo build. I hope to get a connection in japan so i can get some stuff plus i need more oem parts and these days we have a lot of options rather than when i was guessing on what to use.
Rob, hybrid gear set? Did you find gears that fit from some other tranny?
I have not played with it yet but i want to look for an ideal ratio for turbo cause i have no clue when it comes to ratios or whats better. I know the B20A gears are to short for boost and i want to stretch them out at least with A20 gears providing that all works out. I have my eyes out for a cheap A20 tranny.
yeah the carb tranny has a lil bit longer gears.
