can u use 3g accord upper control arm bushings with 2g prelude UCAs?

So i've got me some prelude upper control arms, and I'm planning on rebuilding them before i put them on the 3gee.. but I was wondering if the bushings for 3gees and preludes are the same cause they look about the same.

the main reason i'm asking is im thinking of buying a complete suspension rebuild kit for the 3g so any of the UCA stuff from the kit i could use would be a bonus..

the bushings on the control arm (inside the silver metal covers), not the ball joint bushing

A drift, or a screwdriver, or whatever. Remove the end caps and bolt, clamp the UCA in a vise, place the drift in the top hole and angle it so that the tip rests on the top of the lower bushing. Hammer on the drift, forcing the bottom bushing out. Flip the LCA over and knock the other out.

Go snatch a control arm from a 3gee at the junkyard. Then take both of them apart and compare the bushings. Make sure the width, diameter and everything is the same. If everything is exactly the same i don't see why you can't use the 3gee ones.

sweet thanks the pictures make them look identical.. if the bushings weren't such a pita to pull i'd compare them at the junkyard
