Battery light comes on as if someone is playing....

When the car gets up to about 3-4k rpms, the battery light would faintly and fully come on until it shifts and goes back to lower rpms. I think its either the wire from alt to battery, alt bushing, or the alt. What should i replace first and how do i replace it. Thankyou.

i wanna just get a new alt all together but is it hard to change it? and will i get shocked? When i was replacing that bypass outlet or inlet hose by the alt, my socket wrench touched the alt and it sparked. Scared me.
