    accel universal fit spark plug wires

    has anybody used the 'universal fit' accel super stock wires on their 3gee? i saw some at kragen for 25 bux and i was thinking about getting some unless they don't fit well. and if you have to cut them to fit how do you reattach em?

    as far as I know you have to cut them to the length you need and then crimp on the connector end

    wire strippers to strip the wire and a crimper would be better.
    If not a sharp blade and pliers will do if thats all you have.

    Yea i use a sharp blade to strip wires. Just be careful.

    hmm.. well i don't want to half-ass it so i think i might skip this. I want some accel wires though dammit lol my blue ones dont match anything any more

    I just bought some Magnecore wires the other day, the haven't come yet. I will be posting pictures as soon as I get them. They were around $50 shipped. http://www.ultrarev.com/home.php?cat=339

    I use the accel yellows already made. I never had any luck with the make your owns. The ends always fall off or the first time you pull your plug wires to change your plugs the ends are messed up. Its a nice idea to keep your wires neat but i never have had any luck with them.

    which ones did u get? the 7mm, 8mm or 8.5mm?

    i want yellow dammit lol.. though i guess red is ok
