98 LX oil consumption ?

Sorry, I had 2 weeks ago bougt 98 LX coupe 5sp. 128K kilometers.
Probably this is wrong place for my question, but I belif for you guys only in the internet.
I pass 3k and check oil: deepstick was almost dry, just littl bit oil lower lower mark. First day when I pick up the car oil was OK on hight mark. Yesterday I has add 1 L oil fill to upper mark. Finaly consumtion around 0.3L per 1k km. Is it normal?

Kidding us. Must be leaking somewhere. Check your coolant and AT color too.

No kidding.
Car have no leaks, no exaust smoug, look everething OK, just dropping oil level.
How to check oil level of manual tranny without lifter have no idea. Now car on 30 day powertrain warranty. i spoke with service guy from that dealership. He sad could be 0.5 L per 1000 kilometers. They nuts or that not Honda.
With old LX 87 I had never add oil between oil changes around 5000-6000 km.

You can lose up to 1 quart of oil for every 1-3,000 miles. If you read your owners manual, you shall find this little tidbit of info in there...

Probably was hot days and aircond-r add some load...
I'v read manual and found just how to add oil but nothing about expected consumtion.
What 1 quart is? Is it little more than 1 liter? I am metric guy, sorry.

I had idea switch to synthetic oil but now i thinking. What if with synthetic oil consumtion increase?

PS when I found low level of oil engine works more noisy than before.

1L = 1.06 qt

In this case acording data from 88turboaccord oil consumption should be normal. I have something around 1quart per 2000 miles.
But still littlebit unusual compare to 87 LX.

PS I remember mine first motorcycle with fuel=gas+oil mixture. Just funny.
