5mm blue leds sanded to make them difuse. Sanding is key to good light distribution. I soldered them to the electrical traces going to the bulb sockets. Since they will last longer than the car there is no need to make them removeable. Once they are in put power on the traces to see how the light shines through. That way you can add more if needed or just adjust them if needed.

Nice ride! It's great to see another original owner car, I am still amazed how many here are still owned by the original purchaser.

I've owned it since is was new....
