HELLO!.
I have a 88 lx-i Coupe. Passed down within my family now its mine
Weird ass red color with a weird ass red color interior (Red Chateau Metallic Clearcoat?) = Maroon.
Lets see...Becuse i dont have a camera on me ill describe it..
The windows have no no no no tint.
The previous tint was installed wrong and melted onto my rear window.
Goo gone? Ugh.
The right window motor is missing a screw so it doesnt go up very smoothly (Gonna get that fixed soon)
Sunroof is acting hella weird, theres like a box hanging from the back of the car. maybe the electrical wiring thingy. I hate how the Vent and Close button are the same, Its really annoying.
Front ...Right... Bumper light is broken and my dad decided to put tape on it to make it stay put -_-.
The A/C Doesnt work very well, not sure what to do if i should retro-fit it or recharge with r-12.
Paint has alot of damage on the top and some parts of trunk.
Umm.....Err....Theres not alot of body damage actually...Except those plastic -like bumper thing on the back? Its all scratched up. And the interior just ajdfkl;hakrls;jiophdfh needs to die.

So I have alot of plans for this thing right now. Im pretty young (16 Lawl) And I only have like $1,200 saved up so far. At the moment It kinda goes in this order

Interior.
Exterior.
Engine.

Because I'm not wanting to visit the State ref or having problems with smog

Well Ill post pics of it up soon. The engine has 180k miles so its not that bad, but god damn the engine is dirty as hell. A20A3? :O KK

Yeah ive been using the search button alot since ive had to wait like 3 days for my account to be activated ^_^. So im gonna work on stuff . Tons of work is needed on the car. Ill post pics as soon as i can (few hours/ coem back tomorrow lol)

Oh yeah i saw frantik was in downtown by SJSU, thats no more than 15 minutse frmo where i live lol. I live by Evergreen Valley High SCHOOOL (wher ei go) Or i guess EVC is a better landmark. or Raging Waters/Eastridge.

if i was you i would give it a good tune up and ride it for a while and see if any real problems come up...because it would suck to put money into a car that has some big problems down the road.

Well it looks like a 4 speed auto. Ive been driving it around lately and theres not too many problems. I havent gone to tune it up yet but the only problem is my Ignition timing seems to be off. 24BTDC or something instaed of 15? Lol im gonna go get that fixed later today

If it has D4 does it mean its 4 speed only? ^_^. lOl i know its a A20A3.

yeah just run it for about a week before you do anything major to the car. i recomend getting like the fuel addditive for fuel injector cleaner and fuel system from STP. seafoam too. change oil/filters. just the regular maintainence stuff

remember kragen and autozone is your friend =)

Okay Heres a pic of the engine. Kinda uglyish a lot of grease everywhere. New battery and new alternator plugged in.






Heres The Front, you can see the broken thing on the hood and the bumper light is fucked up and the corner light has some tape on it? Lol weird. I want JDM Corner lights but i think i might get pulled over for them?




Here is the left + Right side of the car, Not very much cosmetic damage.




Heres the roof and Trunk paint damage . The antenna is broken as in it does not go in or out its so weird. And the sunroof is really funny because the control unit was pulled out so its hanging out from the top and theres this box on the back of my car in the backseat thats hanging there and you can see it through the ...carpet thing on top...

Rear plastic thing has damage..Maybe body filler will do the trick.



Interior : NO FRKKEN CUP HOLDER erjklaghjkl;h I seriously want to change the color. Maybe gonna go to pick and pull to get some different colored side panels.

Ive had the car for about 2 and a half weeks now. Been running fine but i guess ill do that too just to make it run better

Oh its after market moon roof? That i did not know. And Yeah the interior is leather seats but the drivers one is ripped a little.

AND YES i would want to buy a hood grill depending on how much it is since i think the Pick N Pull nearby i can pull one out for pretty cheap. But if youre going to trash em might as well charge me for shipping only ye?

the moonroof has to be aftermarket cause coupes didnt come with them stock

wow u got SE-i seats then thos are rare (unless someone recoved them)
