    88' Repair Headlights

Well, my Honda's headlights are stuck open. I googled this topic, I searched the forums, I read my repair manual... just nothing was found about this topic.

Here is what happens: I turn the Honda on, I press the retract button, NOTHING.

My guess is the motor is dead, I don't know. Please help me, this isn't a big issue however, my goal is to completely repair this car.

Yes, i'm new but I posted information about myself at this link here including repairs I still need to make: https://www.3geez.com/forum/showthread.ph...452#post797452

Yes sir I replaced the fuses and I was reading this same issue with this topic: https://www.3geez.com/forum/showthrea...ght=headlights

However, the problem with me is I don't have another switch. I can manually put both lights down and when i turn them on or press the button they stay retracted.

    Any thoughts?

P.S. When I get these to work I'm gonna have to fix some body work... the left headlight is hitting the front bumper.

Replace the retractor switch. It's been a problem many of us have encountered in the past.

ya the switch could be a problem, if you guys want to do a controlled test disconnect the retractor switch and you'll see that once you open the lights they wont close again if its disconnected. If you don't know the retractor switch is the button on your dash to get the headlights to open when you want without turning on the lights.
