Factory Made Clear Indictator Lenses For 86-87 Sedan

OK went today finally to the plastic place to get a quote for having lenses made, now he needs my originals to create the replica's which would be in umm clear diffuser plastic. Now my plan is for mine, is ill put night shades tint on it, with orange bulbs of course....

But the point is the cost $76 AU (est. $38 US) for both lenses. Which I think is a bargain, all i need is to rip off my originals, and the replica's can be made the same day. I just gotta give notice, now im looking at getting this done after next pay day (thursday) most likely the weekend or week proceding that.

Now I spoke to the guy , and I asked about bulk orders which can be arranged, but first I want to get mine made and see how it goes.

But those who would be interested, say 'aye'

as with bulk, prices can be cheaper per unit, ie as per economies of scale, economic theory.

Are they going to be front bumper turn signal clear signal lenes or are they going to be rear tail light assemblies, or simply a clear len's to replace the amber portion of the sedan tail light assembly?

Please, I only want gr3k0sLaV to reply

Well it's going to be a replacement for the amber bits on the tail lights, I cant see why clears for the front ones couldnt be made, but we'll look into it.

hey now i though i could get the clears from the 88-89 but luckly i measured cuz i looked to me that the 86-87 was shorter. fosho it was so u just made some with the plexiglass left from making my custom clear tail lights. i just traced them from the where the bulb goes, to make them bigger than the orange ones and cut them out and finished them off with my hand grinder tool. then i put masking tape in a rectangle shape just enought so u just see the silver reflector, and then spray painted them silver. also i painted the whole light assembly sivler. it looks good so im going to keep it unless them make an after marker one .
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

So, let me get this straight, are you talking about the lenses on the front bumper, or the tail lights? If its the front bumper I would say Aye, and if its the back, I would want to see a picture first.

The 88-89 ones are longer than the 86-87 ones, but then you got differecnes between sedan / coupe lights. Im only dealing with the 86-87's for now, since their the ones i got.
