I sourced all my parts directly from Japan through a company called "SPI" they purchase the items from honda and ships them direct via air frieght. I have not ordered anything in a while but my bet is there are some left in Japan. OK , so let me be sure I understand this. OEM JDM B series mounts for 86-89 Accords are just adapters for a standard intrenational Accord chassis?
so you say the 2g lude 2.0si rear mounts different?? im pretty sure the b20A and gearbox (b2k5) and all mounts from the 2g lude are all the same as the 3g accord ca3. i got an engine and box straight out of a 2g lude and put it in an accord and ran even the axles were the same (simular enough to fit)Originally Posted by carotman

The 2nd gen Prelude and 3rd gen Accord rear mount bracket is also different tough they use the same engine. Be careful
Hmmm. I have a 2g lude B20A here and last time I checked the mount was different.
I'll compare it side to side with the one in my accord. Maybe they have a different shape but overall have the same bolt locations.

The 2g lude mount bracket looks more square, but as far as I remember it should fit like wohdog says. A friend of mine swapped in a lude B20A engine and I do believe that was with the lude rear mount bracket.
What about the B18 rear bracket Carotman. Will it work for the B20A?

Wow thats crazy. It seems like they would be the same because the B18 and B20A tranny's are interchangeable right? I guess Honda loves making things diffficult lol.

interchangeable, yes. but if i remember correctly from the bellhousing thread, b20a and b18a tranny are different bc you can bolt b18a housing to a20a tranny, but not b20a housing to a20a tranny and get it to work.
