    wheel studs a pain....

i had to put on my wheel studs today and while i was there i put on a tie end rods and brakes but it's no place to knock the stud back to get it out so we had to get a grinder and knotch out a section then beat it out. im making this thread cause we were at a lose so i search the forum no help so maybe this will
    1. get a grinder and take off brakes, rotor and brake braket.
cut the studs down a little
    2. on the back grind down the back of it flat so when u hit it. it comes stright out
    3. on the new ones on the head of it make a flat knotch like a D. for future take outs
    4. knock the new one in make sure u have a punch with a flat end on it an beat the hell out of it. or take a nut screw it on and it will put it in.

and that pan that on the back the section thats knotch u can fold it down
    5. put brake braket back on. ex.... i hope this helps someone if enybody kno a better way plaese share

Way easier to replace them when you do the wheel bearings. Of course you need to have a press or have a shop do it. But if you are on a tight budget, this would be the way to do it.
