i cant wait till i get my fi swap done so i can have a cai
there it is cai is for a 98 - 02 accord and new ngk wires ...on the intake theres a opening wehrere there something sapose to plug in but when i took off the stock one there was nothing and i dont know what to do..like how do i seal it? if any one knows let me know thx and also it sounds good but when i rev high it whisles could that be because the open valve ....?

Bump** its not the lil valve that makes the whistling noise i plugged it and it still whistles............
I had a whistle when I had the filter on my throttle body, I never tried to get rid of it though. It was kind of fun to mess with people. Some of my buddies said they could hear it when i drove by and they where at least 200ft away. Any way the intake looks good.

Its not a problem, its just silenced by the stock intake. I believe that it has something to do with the position of the plate in the throttle body since it will only do it at certain throttle positions.

yeah the install was a pain in the ass i had to cut like 5 inchs off the drop pipe for it can fit and its a pretty tight fit with the battery too and i moved the battery like a good 3 inchs LOL and i didnt eat threw out the who install just drank a big cup of water lol wouldnt recomend that cause when i was finished i didnt even want to put everything back togwether i was like eh fuck that i want to go to sleep hahaha

not much of an update but i washed her and cleaned everything out and ....here we go....
Did you use a 2 piece or 1 piece cai from the 98 accord?
