o2 sensor help

ok i got a header i installed it but im only running off one o2 sensor and the car stubbles when i push the peddle to the floor in a high gear and not going that fast like 40 in 5th gear cruising or do i just need some wires.

oh yeah to add the check engine light doesn't come on
