i thought you had rebuilt your engine?
i have a stock engine and rev it to 5700 RPM in 4th gear and it has no prob besides the oil leak

That sucks man. Didn't you just buy a bodykit for it?? It will be cheaper to just replace the engine or just find out whats wrong with it

i push mine pretty hard, pretty often and its still holding up
something must be worng here my engine has a bit of problems and leaks oil out the head and it still revs frelly to redline and gets pushed hard alot out on the back roads

No it was the Bondo foo!
Next Time use Bondo in the gas, it helps ALOT!
if the head is cracked, take a big heap of it and BAM!
a Motor with Body Filler in it
yeah too much activator in the bondo...he forgot to use the JDM type

yeah im still a honda at heart but i have raced against this car and damn!!! i was like wtf!!!! i lost by about 10-13 car lenights yeah i know its a ford and ill prob kick myself in the long run but hey it wont be reliable as my honda but it sure dose have the poser its the svt model that beats the srt4 and hangs right in there with the gsrs but u kno im 16 and i have to do what i have to do =-/ its just sad i really loved my 3geez ='-(

i think we all missed the most relevant point here. he's 16. nuff said. an a20 will not keep up with an h22. an a20 will not keep up with a lot; especially stock and with high miles. but hey buy the ford and be "happy." it's a contour though and no matter how fast it is, it's still a contour. at least get something like the SHO and have a real muscle car of the nineties. not some worthless piece of shit ugly ass contour.
