Struts? Wheel Alignment? or Bent Arm?

Ok a couple of weeks ago I went to park, and it was in an angle park where it once blocked because there was a tree there, so since major road works and ugrading of the main strip are occuring...that tree got ripped out, now i went to park in that spot not realising, ...BOOM! the whole left side of the car dropped as my front left wheel went into a decent drop, ANyways since I reversed out, and ever since then the car as I drive on that side bobs up and down slightly, its most noticeable at low speeds, the rim isn't bent, ive checked, havent had chance to visit a suspension tech, since one i know of is offering a full check for $14, which im a little sus, since they may say this and that is wrong so they can suck some money outta me.

I have a feeling it could be the strut, I fear it could be a bent arm,
but a friend reckons my wheels need to be re-aligned.

Did you check the rim as in visually check or did you actually take it off and check?? I didn't know my old rim was slightly bent (from a pothole) until I took it off and had the tire shop spin it on the balancing machine. A slight indent can cause alot of problems.

Well it was removed when I had new tyres put on, I only visually inspected it......and didnt notice anything unusual, but a bent rim would explain the bobbing effect, to be more descriptive it feels like im riding on a slightly flat tyre, when all tyres are full at equal pressure.

Definetly sounds like a bent rim.
