that stuff looks fun to play with, anyways you should make or get some lip for it to protect the bottom of the bumper from getting scraped all the time

i have the aluminum long enough i can cut from old wing spars,and i have the hymn joints that support it,i already have that aluminum bar across the front that supports the lights to attach it to. thats bolted to the bumper frame
^Yeah I was working on making aluminum canards but the problem for me is finding the aluminum to cut.

it's two part urthane when it's cured it's the same stuff the bumper is made from thats how i did the first repairs
man that sucks....my teg lip takes all the scuffs now....i had to redo it 2 times already also

well i''m making a custom grill piece right now, i have been kicking around a piece of heavy duty egg crate industrial stainless grill,(where does he get those toys?-the joker) so i'm making a grill piece for the part not covered by the power steering cooler. so i've been out here in the dark scaring the neighbors with my angle grinder shooting sparks twenty feet in the air. lol.

you don't have a wiring harness,a grill,four extra lights,and other assorted crap to get in the way, plus yours is held on with wood screws
