The two posts above your last contain the 3 changes that need to be made. A needs to be changed to X 2.1", Y 4.78", B to X 5.8", Y 4.79", and the distance from X to the lip of the top coolant hole needs to be changed from 0.37" to 0.35". I corrected the numbers on my first post as well. Everything else looks good.

K i only ran the first op today. Had to make special jaws for the angle cut, So ill finish it tomorrow. The tap broke in the part and was the only one so im gonna go see if i can find another at some of the local stores here. Ill post a pic of the first operation.(forgot to take camera to work).

Yesterday i went every where i could think of (home depot, lowes and sears) to get some taps for today and was unsuccessful, so this morning i went to harbor freight and summit racing with no luck. I decided to ask a friend who works at B&T custom rods and he suggested to try napa auto and to my surprise they had two.
Back in business. I milled the first op on some new material because of the tap being broke in the last part and decided to use the last part for set up. The angle cut is no good, the bore and angle are good but the entry and exit are to big. So i thought of another way to do it but need your approval. Ill draw it up so you can see what it would look like.
I can post some pics of the whole process if anyone would like to see.
As you can see i didn't bother doing the O'ring groves or taping it.

So heres what i found to use.
This is what i looked like after the saw work done. The square is 6.5" X 7.5"
This one is of it being mill down 1/2" as the origanl was 1 1\2" thick and the part is 3/4" thick.
And of the drilling.
Milling the counter bores and outer edge.
This is me hand taping it because the taps i got from napa weren't meant to be use in a mill.
And the back side being milled down to size. (I like this pic)

Everything looks good except the coolant hole. Let's see what you have in mind for that.

Is the 0.3964" the connecting passage between the two holes? I think we are going to want to open it up more than that. The original design was well over .6"
